authentic voices, heartfelt stories
Welcome I’m so happy to see you!
Thank you for stopping in and visiting my happy place. Hooray! It’s beginning to feel like beautiful spring with the pockets of warmer weather out here in the Bay Area and all the gorgeous flowers starting to bloom! It’s also the start of the SAKURA, or cherry blossom season in Japan which takes place around late March or early April. I’ve yet to visit Japan during this magical time but it’s definitely on my travel to-do list! The SAKURA is Japan’s national flower, which marks the beginning of spring and represents a time of renewal and optimism. There are several Cherry Blossom Festivals throughout the U.S. and here are some links so you can check them out if you’re in those areas! They usually are such a nice way to take in these breath-taking flowers, while enjoying delicious food and family friendly vendors and activities! TANOSHI, ENJOY!
A little bit about me…
